Priya Spotting a Carnival

We drove by a wooded park in Algonquin and Priya is peering through the trees and she says, "Oh! I see a carnival... I see a faris wheel and oh, oh, I see porta-potties!!! lots of porta-potties!!! it is definitely a carnival!"
